  • Store URLs submitted for analysis

  • Pages visited, time on site, referral source
  • Cookies and local storage identifiers

  • To provide the LazyJoe service and generate UX reports
  • To process subscription payments
  • To send transactional emails (report ready, billing, account alerts)
  • To send product updates - unsubscribe anytime
  • To improve the product through usage analytics
  • To prevent fraud and abuse

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

  • Contract performance - delivering the subscription service

We do not sell your data. We share only with selected service providers:

  • Anthropic/OpenAI - AI report generation (store URL and page content only, no personal data)

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: active period + 90 days after deletion request
  • Generated reports: retained for 360 days after subscription cancellation
  • Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)
  • Analytics data: 26 months maximum
