Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until end of the current billing period.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days.

Exceptions - full refund issued if:

You cancel within 48 hours of your first charge and have not generated any reports
You were charged due to a technical error on our side
Duplicate billing occurred

Email info@lazyjoe.ai with your account email, transaction date, and reason.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve issues fairly and quickly.
