By creating an account or using LazyJoe, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 or older to register.
2. The Service
LazyJoe provides AI-generated UX analysis reports for ecommerce pages based on publicly accessible content submitted by the user.
Reports are advisory only.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Submit URLs of sites you are not authorized to analyze
- Resell reports without a commercial license (agencies - contact us)
- Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the LazyJoe platform
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
4. Subscription & Payments
LazyJoe is offered as a subscription service billed monthly or annually.
You may cancel at any time - access continues until end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds for unused days. All payments processed by Stripe. Prices in USD. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Reports are AI-assisted analysis. They are not a substitute for professional UX consulting.
LazyJoe does not guarantee specific conversion improvements or business outcomes.
Recommendations should be evaluated before implementation.
6. Intellectual Property
LazyJoe platform and branding are owned by LazyJoe.
Reports generated for your store are yours to use for your own business.
Resale or sublicensing requires written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
LazyJoe is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You may cancel and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
10. Changes
Material changes communicated by email with 14 days notice.
